How it works

  1. You send the photos. Two or three photos of the room, your ZIP code and one line about what you would like to change.
  2. Kelvin reviews them himself. He looks at the layout, where the plumbing and the windows are, and what can move.
  3. You receive your Photo-to-Plan within one business day, Monday to Saturday.
  4. If it makes sense to you, Kelvin comes to measure. After the visit you receive the full scope and the final number in writing.

What you receive

  • A feasibility read: what can be done in your space, and the two or three points that need to be checked in person.
  • Photos of similar projects we have built, so you can see the level of finish.
  • An estimated timeline in weeks.

What it is not

  • It is not a price. What is behind the wall changes the job, so a price from a photo would be a guess. The number comes in writing after the in-home measure.

How long does it take?
